Mindfulness Workshop

Our Workshop on Mindfulness will explore what mindfulness is, the benefits for ourselves, and how we can practice it to help manage stress and anxieties in day to day life. We will be discussing techniques and exercises that you can try at home by yourself or with your children to help calm and develop your self-awareness.

This Workshop wioll start on 10th May and run every two weeks.
