Free meals for kids during School Holidays

Over the February half-term holiday, we are providing free lunches for school-aged children, at six libraries and leisure centres across the borough. Nutritious meals will be readily available as families continue to receive support outside of school term time.

Times are tougher than ever we believe that no child should go hungry. We’re here to support you as best we can – find your local centre and see their serving time.

It is part of the Greenwich Together for Winter Campaign, which brings organisations together to support some of the most vulnerable families in the borough.

PROJECT HOPE LOGOS

Project Hope

Project Hope was launched to support the wellbeing of NHS staff, who are working long hours under intense physical and emotionally demanding circumstances.

We’ve set up volunteer-run Wellbeing Hubs and ward rounds so staff can take a quick break and pick up some free treats – such as hot drinks, snacks and toiletries.

We’re in urgent need of supplies to keep our Wellbeing Hubs stocked up, so please visit our website to find out how you can make a donation of items. There’s also a JustGiving page where you can donate money directly if that’s your preferred way to get involved.

Thank you so much to anyone who’s already made a donation of items or via the JustGiving page – your generosity is helping get our dedicated NHS staff through this difficult time.
